Superb french silver pill trinket box Early 20 century Paris hallmark

French silver circular box with a superbly gilded interior. The  gold wash to the interior really gives this box a wonderful lift and lovely contrast with the silver outer surfaces. It carries full French silver hallmarks for Paris. c 1910.

The top and bottom are engraved with various designs of swirls. dots and geometric designs and the edges are beaded. The pattern is the same top and bottom. It closes and opens with a push on and off lid. Could be used for pills, rings, or trinkets etc etc. Both the base and the lid are slightly domed. Could be used in the pocket, bag or table top.

The box measures 5.2 cm across and is 2.1 cms high.

Condition: The box is in superb condition commensurate with age and very light usage. The gilding inside the box is excellent. Clear hallmarks. Overall a good sound item.
