A very good seal top spoon by James Cluatt hallmarked in London in 1607 with a fig shaped bowl, faceted stem, the hexagonal seal-top finial with prick-dot initials. There are traces of gilding to the seal.
The spoon is in good condition and good marks.
length 15.5cm, approx. weight 40 grams.
Condition: Good antique condition commensurate with age and light/normal usage. Good clear marks. Very nice antique patina with the usual surface marks giving the spoon a nive soft sheen. Good colour.
