A lovely Early Georgian silver shaker, pepperette or caster by George Greenhill Jones and hallmarked in London in 1738 in the traditional Georgian style. In good antique condition with a nice firm fitting lid, good patina and crisp clear hallmarks on both the base and the lid. This is a good piece of Georgian silver. Faded armorial on front.

Condition: In very good antique condition commensurate with age and light to normal usage. Good hallmarks. A very minor repair to the pierced area only visible with a jewellers loupe - very well done in silver.
